Aug 01, 2010· One is a Deckel and the other is an Aciera. Both are better vertical mills than horizontal mills. Both vertical heads have quills (the Deckel has a horizontal quill, too). Not much I can do different, as the mills were built this way. I would not call the vertical heads "attachments," more like integrated systems, especially on the Deckel.
