Australian mining company Lynas Corporation Ltd. and American rare earths processing firm Blue Line Corporation are teaming up to open a new rare earths separation plant in the U.S. The companies announced Monday that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed, creating a joint venture that will operate the facility.
